From various farms in Western NY, all malted at Convergence Craft in Albany, NY and @Valley Malt in Hadley, MA.
After we use up the hops grown outside our brewery, we turn to @Hop Hollar Farm in Petersburgh, NY. We use hops in many of our beers, but especially in the Pale Ale and The Divinator.
SPENT GRAINS GO TO FEED cows, chickens and pigs
Roasted by @Liquid Assets Coffee, Tea & Spice Co. in Upstate NY. We use Fred Cashmeres rich beans for our Got Your Back Coffee Oatmeal Stout.
We send the kids to go pick the wild yarrow from fields around our brewery in Cherry Plain, NY. All the herbs go into our Ancient Gruit Ale.
In addition to Hewitt's Market in Berlin, NY, we gather the delicious drippings from @Golden Road Honey in Stephentown, NY.
The sap is given to us by a good beer buddy who happens to boil his own syrup in Grafton, New York
