Malts
From various farms in Western NY, all malted at Convergence Craft in Albany, NY and @Valley Malt in Hadley, MA.
HOPS
After we use up the hops grown outside our brewery, we turn to hop farms in Schoharie County,NY. We use hops in many of our beers, but especially in the Pale Ale and The Divinator.
SPENT GRAINS GO TO FEED cows, chickens and pigs
Coffee
Roasted by Gipfels right up road in Averill Park for our Got Your Back Coffee Oatmeal Stout.
Wild Yarrow
We send the kids to go pick the wild yarrow from fields around our brewery in Cherry Plain, NY. All the herbs go into our Ancient Gruit Ale.
Honey
In addition to Hewitt's Market in Berlin, NY, we goto However Wild Honey.
Maple Syrup
The sap is given to us by a good beer buddy who happens to boil his own syrup in Grafton, New York
